There is a condition a man must take before he can attract the help of the holy spirt, being available is not enough, so there must be admittance within you that you are insufficient of yourself.
There is nowhere in the bible men declared their insufficiency and God did not honor them. God help those who need help, and people that needs help always make their insufficiency known to God.
You cannot access the help of the holy spirit until you acknowledge your insufficiency, so the holy spirit will not just be someone that gives you power, but also someone you can equally lean on.
